What accessories are best for the FR505?
The best accessories for your FR505 are dependent on if you are carrying kids with you. For the riders with kids we recommend the front child seat and foot pegs. Solo flight risk rider? We recommend the phone holder, the basil basket and the rear mirrors.
Can I unlock the FR505's motor power or speed?
You have the option to have unrestricted full speed or power potential for your bike. However due to local laws, this could restrict your bike's use to private property only. It's a good idea to check the speed regulations in your area, as most states prohibit speeds above 25km/hr on public roads
Is the fr505 legal to ride on the road?
In general eBikes must:
• Not exceed 250W (with some exceptions, such as NSW, where the limit is 500W).
• Be powered solely by pedal assist, meaning the motor only operates when the pedals are in use (known as a pedelec).
• Not be operated solely by throttle.
• Not exceed a speed of 25 km/h.
• Comply with local laws, such as helmet requirements and speed limits in designated areas.
In short, eBikes are legal to ride in United Arab Emirates, and you don’t need any special license to use one. However, it's always a good idea to check with your local authority for any additional regulations specific to your area.
