Flight Risk is officially UL Certified. Our electrical and battery components of both our bikes and fast-charging ST chargers, meet the rigorous safety requirements.
As of February 1st 2026, it will be illegal to buy an electric bike that does not meet this certification in NSW.

Our eBike models FR303, FR505, FR333, FR555, FR777 have passed UL’s rigorous safety testing, meeting recognised standards for electrical and fire safety. This certification ensures our bikes are built to perform, built to last, & built to keep you protected.
UL Certified Batteries
Our 52V/25Ah & 52V/15Ah lithium-ion battery options are UL certified, guaranteeing compliance with stringent safety standards. From internal cell structure to thermal performance, these batteries are engineered for safe, consistent power delivery in all conditions.
UL Certified Charger
Our ST chargers have been independently tested and certified to meet UL’s highest safety benchmarks, including heat protection and electrical stability. They keeps every charge reliable, secure, and ready for your next escape.

It’s up to you to ride within the rules. Flight Risk does not guarantee that any e-bike is “road legal” in your state or territory. We’re not liable for misuse or non-compliant riding. Always check with your local road and transport authority to make sure you’re up to date with the latest regulations before taking your ride out.
