You have the option to have unrestricted full speed or power potential for your bike. However due to local laws, this could restrict your bike's use to private property only. It's a good idea to check the speed regulations in your area, as most states prohibit speeds above 25km/hr on public roads

All Flight Risk eBikes comes with 2 Years warranty.

• Manufacturers Faults, defects and/or Failure.

What we don’t cover
• Exclusions for Claims, Damage, or Failures Due To:
• Misuse, including impacts, collisions, or any freestyle activities.
• Natural events such as water damage, fires, storms, or floods.
• Exposure to external factors (e.g., weather conditions) resulting in issues like rust, stains, blemishes, or similar damage.
• Damage caused by foreign objects or debris.
• Improper fitting, installation, or assembly of parts.
• Modifications, repairs, or services performed by unauthorized individuals or companies, unless explicitly approved by Flight Risk.
• Damages occurring during shipping or transit (we recommend selecting shipping insurance at checkout if needed).
• Normal wear and tear on components such as tyres, tubes, bearings, brake pads, discs, seats, and consumables (including fluids).
• Failure to maintain or service the bike according to the recommended schedule.
• Modifications or DIY installations of non-original parts or accessories not supplied by Flight Risk, or any alterations to the product from its original manufacturer specifications.
• Products won in competitions, giveaways, or exclusive promotions.

Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible to make a warranty claim you must:
• Be the Original Purchaser as listed on the Receipt.
• Lodge your Claim within the Valid Warranty Period from the Date of Receipt.

Our eBikes require more manual handling, so delivery typically takes longer. On average, delivery to major cities takes about 5-10 days. For more remote areas, including NT, WA, and TAS, delivery may take 14 days or more.

International shipping times vary depending on the product and destination.

We offer a 7-day return policy for change of mind, giving you 7 days from receiving your item to request a return. The refund will be minus our shipping costs.

Yes, they require service once per year or every 500km, whichever comes first.

Our eBikes can carry up to 180kg maximum.

Yes, however they cannot be completely submerged in water. And don't hose the electric parts, use a wetcloth when cleaning it.
