FAQ

WHAT DOES THE COLOURED LIGHT ON MY BIKE MEAN?

Green - Your bike is locked to 250 Watts.
Blue - Your bike is locked to 500 Watts.
Red - Your bike is unlocked for private property use.

WHY IS MY THROTTLE IS STUCK AT 6KM/HR?

Throttle power is limited to 6km/hr due to UAE laws. Unrestricted throttle power is strictly limited to private property use.

WHY IS MY THROTTLE NOT WORKING?

If your throttle is not working, please follow the below steps:
• Check under the left handlebar between the hand grip and the bike.
• Make sure the switch is flipped to the right side down.
• Check your PAS: this needs to be on 1 and above for the throttle to work.
